Returns & Replacements  
• • We at Royal spares are here to serve you better and provide you the best quality products along with the best of services.All products for sale at Royal spares are subject to strict quality control checks before dispatch; in the event of any manufacturing defects detected by you at the time of receipt of the package we advise you to contact the Support Centre immediately after logging into your account. We abide the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and have 100% Money Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied by your purchase within 14 days. • • The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product at your end and It should not be altered or tampered or used and should be in original packaging and with the Certificate, if any. Classicspareparts will not accept products for exchange/returns that have been damaged, fitted to the vehicles, worn, washed, ironed, stained and/or dry-cleaned. We strongly advise all customers to check products especially T Shirts and other garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. Please check/ try on your products before removing the tags,labels, certifictes as we do not accept products for exchange once this has been cut, broken or damaged in any way. All footwears, boots, Shoes and Helmets has a tag along with a sticker under the sole that when removed or soiled will indicate the product cannot be returned.
• • Customer has to bear all expenses for returning. Please ensure that you send the product back though a reliable insured courier/shipping mode. Please note that shipping costs as well as customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments.
• • The Return Authorizarion Number RMA is issued to the buyer and the same must be mentioned on the package. The Return Authorizarion Number RMA can be collected by contacting us at Support Centre or by droping a mail at sales@ Classicspareparts
• • The Refund would be issued in 10-15 days. All Returns are subject to deduction of 20% Restocking charges. Your 80% money will be refunded after deducting the taxes like the VAT, Octroi, eBay fees (incase brought from eBay), paisa pay charges, PayPal etc if applicable.
• • Replacements of products can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Once Royal spares receives, processes and accepts your return, you will receive an e-mail which confirms your exchange/replacement, subject to availability.If the product is not in a good condition upon its return (marks,odors, tags missing, obvious signs of wear, etc.), the customer will be notified that the return is not acceptable. These situations will be handled on a case by case basis where the exchange is at the discretion of Classic Spare Parts.
